As these individuals are already my registered clients, I kindly request that you do not require them to sign any registration forms or collect their personal contact information.

Furthermore, I wish to clarify that my representation is subject to the standard commission agreement. Should there be any expectation of commission reduction as a result of my clients attending this open house, please do not facilitate the showing.
